Having a vision is an awesome tool for helping your dreams come true. Without a vision, it’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind without a clear sense of where you're headed.

Having a vision means you’re not just running a business to get by - you’re building something meaningful. This bigger picture can be a huge motivator, keeping you excited and pushing forward, especially when day-to-day tasks get tricky.

Have a think about these questions & scribble some answers to these questions:

• What change are you passionate about creating in the world relating to your business?

• Do you want to cause a stir in your industry and get people thinking differently?

• Do you dream about being featured in a magazine, on a particular podcast, or a tv show?

• OK now let's dream a little. Imagine money & time was no object, what does your business look like in 5 years time? Don't be afraid to go big here!

All of the answers you write, form a part of your vision. Once you have sat with this for a bit, have a go writing out your vision in a few paragraphs. I also like to write these in a “manifestation style” format, kinda like it is the future, and it has already happened.

Once you are happy with your vision “statement”, I highly recommending putting it somewhere where you will see it every day. I have mine in a Notion document that I read each morning. But yours might be printed out and stuck on your wall. Or a screenshot that sits on your desktop.

And if you ever want to share your vision statement with me, please get in touch - IT WILL BE AN HONOUR!
