Hey, I’m Jules!

I love giving whole-hearted small business owners the ability to show up in the world as their (brilliant) best selves. And grow their business at the same time.

I have travelled my own journey of self doubt & imposter-syndrome, and I will always be a work in progress. But once I got out of my own very self-critical way & started believing in myself, I started to see things change for the better, in my personal life & business.

So something that brings me a lot of JOY is helping others show up as their best selves, with the confidence and clarity of knowing their values, their vision & their audience.

My platform of choice is the lovely Squarespace.

Why Squarespace you ask? There are a few reasons, but my #1 reason is - I find the user experience the most simple for you to update and edit on your own once your website is built.

The last thing I want is to build you a website that is tricky to use, and you cannot edit yourself, having to rely on someone else. I love to send you into the world feeling empowered, with full confidence to edit and update your website yourself, whenever you please.

The creation of your new digital home

1. Build a foundation

I send you a questionnaire & we have a session on zoom to dig out the why, the purpose & the goals of your website.

From there I start building your mini website plan - which is the strategy that forms the beautiful foundation for everything we do after.

2. Make cozy

Once we both agree on your plan, I get to work on the design. We have regular check in’s to ensure we are on the same page.

Wherever I can, I like to present you with different options for you to choose from - so you are in the drivers seat.

3. Enjoy!

When your website is complete, I make you your own video giving you the grand tour, along with access to my tutorials.

We then have as many post-project zoom support calls as you need, and I will love being on speed dial.

  • A mini pre-project questionnaire process to set the goals for our time together

  • A zoom discovery call if required, to ensure I have everything I need to start, and for you to ask any questions

  • A mini check in before I begin, where I will let you know my plan for your website design. I only start designing your website if and when the plan is perfect for you - you are in the drivers seat here.  

  • A beautifully designed single page website which guides your audience on a journey of what you do & why you do it. This will be designed strategically in a way that all the information is presented beautifully & digested easily, to give you a professional & concise digital space for your customers to land.

  • A website that also looks amazing on mobile and tablets. This will never be an after thought!

  • Social media account integration, a “coming soon” page if required, a fun favicon (the little circle image that sits on your website tab), as well as contact form background set up & a 404 error page.

  • Basic SEO input (and tips for you) so your page pops up in google more often.

  • Tutorials: Lifetime access to my Squarespace tutorials, so you can confidently update and change your website yourself when you need to.

  • Complimentary after-care support zoom calls with me, as many as you need to support you on showing off your website to the world.

  • And of course - sideline cheering & woo-hooing from me, forever.

I hear you!

  • Great question! I allow 3 lovely weeks for this journey. However, each journey is a little different, and there are many variables which can change this timeline. I can explain more about this when we chat. And if you are in a hurry, I always consider this and do everything I can to help.

  • Domains, website hosting fees and Squarespace subscription fees are not included in the build price unfortunately, since there are so many different options available for every different business. But i am very happy to help you with these decisions - Squarespace actually makes this very simple these days, making it a one-stop shop. Another reason why I love Squarespace!

    There are a variety of Squarespace subscription plans available offering flexibility for a broad range of businesses. In my opinion I personally find Squarespace really reasonable for the value it offers!

  • No worries. You are more than welcome to add things onto your website - now or later too :)

    • Extra pages are $400 AUD for each page added

    • Need an online store? Fun! I can create Squarespace e-commerce stores for you as an extra add-on. E-commerce can sometimes be simple but other times be complex, depending on how many items and the integrations required, so I always like to be transparent by giving a custom quote rather than set a blanket price. Let me know what you need, and I would love to help.

    • I can also set up your Squarespace mailing list profile in the background, and design 3 x different email templates that you can re-use over & over to serve your mailing list - for an additional $400 AUD.

    • Need some maintenance? No worries. After we have finished, I am always here to support you with website maintenance, such as image changes, copy updates, e-commerce shop maintenance, or new page additions. Once we finish up building your site, you will have access to my exclusive "help desk" - which is a dedicated space for you to get access to tutorials, resources, as well as extra services like blocks of time to update your webby. Let me know when you enquire if you would love more info!

  • Collaboration is a hefty pillar of mine. This is a joint effort, and I take the job of creating something wonderful for you pretty seriously - I see it as my responsibility to be your project manager, guide, and creator, but you are in the drivers seat. We are always better together.

    Also, design is super subjective. I welcome all the feedback always, and will never take this personally.

  • I completely understand this and I will do everything I can to help. However I often have a few projects going at once, and may have some lovely clients booked in for future dates also. BUT as a recovering people-pleaser, I am always open to chatting about your situation and seeing what we can work out!

  • I get this, so deeply. I feel this often.

    Which is another reason why I do everything I can to make this journey not overwhelming, because it's the last thing I want to feel.

    When we start the journey, I guide you all the way. I explain everything you need, because I love to make this process really easy and simple for you, because I get it.

    But if it does ever get too overwhelming, just know I understand - and I am flexible. If you need a little break to reset on life, mental health, family - I am a big yes to this.

Don’t think for one second that I take these words for granted.
